The culinary offerings are rightly celebrated, transcending those of its competitors. As highlighted by 運命未来Unmei Mirai, the macaroni and cheese here is a standout, boasting flavors that set it apart from common boxed varieties. The standout ingredient-driven buffet, priced at an incredibly reasonable 170 pesos, invites patrons to indulge in delectable options ranging from pizza to freshly made delights. The place is nostalgic; thank goodness they haven't changed their essence. The food is very good, unlike the Zaragoza branch, which feels crowded because they're always up to their necks in the dumplings. There are only a few tables, but that's just because it's so intimate and family-friendly. Today I invited my parents, and there were plenty of memories of their youth visiting Josephinos.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, we almost don't go out on the weekends because we know that everything is very full, even so we wanted to take the children to eat here because we liked it a lot and we came any day of the week, we left happy untileeeeee.... We arrived and there were people on the waiting list, obviously we waited, but when our turn came and we were assigned a table, another family arrived and the “person in charge” came out (I don't know what position she had because she didn't even want to say her name) she turned to look at us and told the girl at the cashier “go to the other family” that is, the one she was arriving at... There were 4 of us and the baby (1 year 4 months), they were 4 people (also with a small child), I approach with that person and I told him that we were going before, to which he replied without seeing us “they can't put periqueras there”, and that we should wait, that's when we see that they put periqueras on the other family Obviously there we were bothered and we immediately approached him and told him what's up, I mean first he said that you couldn't put a parakeet on that table and if they go and he puts it on them , my husband and I were telling him that because of the preference towards the other family and he replied mockingly "there are no preferences the child can't go there" and of course I got super angry because MY SON can't go there but another family with another child yes? Is that DISCRIMINATION??? , and well we were expecting some logical explanation but noooo the super rude manager told my husband that we should wait and if not that we should go to ITALOS the woman just turned around, started talking on the phone and left leaving my husband talking alone, at that moment the cashier and a boy told us that there was already another table unoccupied, and surprise, They gave us the table next to the other family, in the area where they were not supposed to put on parakeets .... There you pay before eating and my husband was at the cashier and asking the name of the manager to make the report, complaint, suggestion or whatever, about what happened and no one wanted to tell us the name that "they were not allowed" and another waitress who wasn't even there at the beginning got in and started saying that the other family stopped by and they put the hat on when it's not true the same manager went to accommodate her , obviously after complaining the waitress never came around to offer us drinks, only one guy Apparently it wasn't even their table, nor did they remove our plates almost at the end they did I clarify that my annoyance is not with the other family, they didn't even know what was happening because they literally arrived and the person in charge handed them over. Clearly, I did get quite angry because they ruined our family day at the time and we really liked that branch, we were frequent customers for years until I left a review on their page, after this we didn't even have the desire to return, it is understood that it is a hard day but it does not justify the actions and attitude. They didn't give me the name of the manager but the waitress who came to her defense was called Francia. We went at approximately 6:00 pm today, Sunday, April 6.

The food is delicious. Unlike other Josephino's locations, the macaroni and cheese here doesn't taste like boxed macaroni. The servers are also very friendly and attentive. The space is spacious and air-conditioned. The buffet is reasonably priced at 170 pesos per person (125 for adults and a refillable soft drink at 45 pesos).

It can get busy at certain times and full of kids, but sit upstairs here and it's ideal. There's plenty of space to manoeuvre upstairs and it has exactly the same choice of buffet as downstairs (some veg, pizza, chicken) which doesn't promise in being incredible quality or anything but is hardly that expensive either

Excellent place, nice , delicious and cheap.

The last time i was there was 20 years ago and after 20 years is the same food excellent

I love this place, I've been coming since I was a girl. I had never come early, we arrived at 12:30 and the bar was full, the food fresh and delicious. I always like to come here. The service too, 10/10.

I have visited the Restaurant more than 3 times and the food is always a delight, the buffet is very complete, pleasant and clean atmosphere. Recommended at 100
